SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days within the United States. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. For orders under $30, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package anytime.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to more regions soon.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I start a return?
Simply email us at hello@sereinhome.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll take care of the rest.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email us within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
