Shipping policy

At this time, Serein Home ships to addresses within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to valid U.S. delivery addresses. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled and refunded.

U.S. Warehouse Items

These items ship from our U.S. warehouse. They ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.

Artisan Workshop Items

These items are made by hand and shipped from our artisan workshop. They ship in 2–4 business days and arrive in approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order includes items from different shipping profiles, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information once each package has shipped.

Shipping Rates

 We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sereinhome.store.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, building office, or local carrier first.
