Two people, a bottle already open, and not much of a plan. You don't need a full dinner for that-you need somewhere to put the cheese. Something that sits in the middle of the table and makes the evening feel deliberate instead of accidental.
Cut from solid acacia -13 × 12 inches, a scalloped edge, and a shallow recessed well so olives and raspberries stay where you put them. No two trays share the same grain.
What You Get
- 1 × scalloped heart serving tray, 13.03 × 12 × 0.98 in - a board for two, with room to spare
- Food and props shown in the photos are not included
Details
- Material: Solid acacia wood
- Dimensions: 13.03 × 12 × 0.98 in (33.1 × 30.5 × 2.5 cm)
- Shape: Heart with a scalloped edge and a recessed serving well
- Intended use: Serving tray - not a cutting board
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry it right away with a dry one. No soaking, no dishwasher. Keep knives off the surface — the well is for serving, not for cutting.  For cut fruit, soft cheese or anything oily, lay down a sheet of parchment first so the oils don't mark the wood. If the surface starts to look dry, rub in a little food-grade mineral oil and wipe off what doesn't soak in.
Styling Tip
It doesn't have to come out only for the occasion. Left on the counter with three pears in the well, it reads as decor the other 364 days. Add a small spreader from Olive Wood Kitchenware and the board is finished — the rest of the natural wood pieces live in The Serein Home.
Acacia is cut from natural stock — colour runs from honey to deep brown, and the grain
pattern is different on every tray.
