Three loads on a Saturday, and the dryer runs most of the afternoon. These go in with the towels and stay there — load after load, month after month. Nothing to throw away when the cycle ends. Just wool, doing quietly what wool has always done.
Six extra-large balls, made from New Zealand wool with no synthetic dyes or fragrances. They tumble between garments to keep air moving, which helps cut drying time and softens fabric without a dryer sheet.
What's Included
- Six extra-large New Zealand wool dryer balls — six is enough for a full load; use three or four for smaller ones
- One cotton canvas drawstring bag — for storing them between seasons, or for travel

Care
Leave them in the drum between cycles — they don't need washing. Light pilling over time is the wool felting further, and it doesn't change how they work. If they ever feel limp, run them through a hot dryer on their own to tighten the felt back up.
Unscented on purpose. A few drops of essential oil straight onto the wool, left to soak in for a minute before you start the cycle, and the whole load carries it-lavender for sheets, eucalyptus for towels. They sit alongside the rest of our Natural Home Finds.
